• Students must be approved for services by the Lovaas Institute for Early Intervention.

• Levy Center must be able to implement the student’s IEP.

• There must be an opening in an appropriate classroom.

• Parent participation is mandatory.

• Students may be accepted without/before funding approval by their LEA, although placement cannot be guaranteed for an extended period.
